Interactive Water Feature & Water Activity: 540 sq ft combined IWF and WAP with themed interactive features and water shooters. Spa: 82 sq ft. New construction of Arrival Courtyard and Monumental Stair Water Feature System. Arrival Courtyard is approximately 4,000 sq ft with a programmable fountain color lights. The Stair Water Feature system is a weir waterfall approximately 100 sq ft. New Construction of: Active River ±1,000 LF with ±6,000 feet of rock work, 3 water cannons, and custom equipment. Amenity Lagoon River, zero entry, custom equipment, and a Spa 79Sf. Interactive Water Feature ±2,000 sq ft and Two (2) Reflection Pools ±1,500 sq ft with exterior faux stone cladding.
